Allison founded AWAKE n Networks in February 2014, as a way to create a
local culture around Spirit n Health n Education in Reno, Sparks and Tahoe.
She has lived in Reno-Tahoe area for
27
years. She has experienced progressive
cultures of integrated health in Austin Texas and Boulder Colorado. She wants to
support the growing progressive integrated health culture
here through the AWAKE n Networks Resource Center.
She has
40
years of experience in the health field with a background in Physical
Therapy and a
32
year career in Aston Kinetics, as well as
25
years
teaching workshops that lays a foundation to support this local vision.
How the Network's name came about:
Allison's business logo said 'Align
With Aston
Kinetics Education'.
It was a long name and she began to use the acronym 'AWAKE'. This acronym also
expresses a common universal principle that bridges the multi-dimensional
disciplines of teachers, practitioners and seekers:
We ALL can agree that we all teach and learn from
the Universal Principle of "AWARENESS".
No matter what the discipline is.
